When you submit a form on this site, we may collect:

• Contact details — full name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
• Vehicle details relevant to your request — year, make, model, VIN (if provided), mileage, condition, and similar information.
• Request details — service needed, budget, timing, pickup/delivery locations, and any additional notes you provide.
• Basic technical information (such as pages visited and general device/browser type) collected through standard site analytics.

We do not knowingly collect a home or business address through this site, and we do not display a business address anywhere on this site.

Information submitted through any form on this site (Contact, Brokerage, Concierge, Transportation, or Protection Plans) is sent directly to Davis Speight / Luxury Endeavors for the purpose of responding to your request.

Retention. Submitted form data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, complete the requested service, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. After that period, data is deleted or de-identified unless you ask us to retain it longer or the law requires otherwise.

Access. Submitted data is accessible only to Luxury Endeavors personnel who need it to fulfill your request, and to the service providers described in Section 6 below where relevant to your specific request (for example, a transportation carrier or protection-plan provider).

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you requested.
• To coordinate with relevant third parties needed to fulfill that specific request.
• To follow up on an open request, quote, or scheduled call.
• To maintain basic business records and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Every form on this site includes a consent checkbox. By checking it and submitting a form, you agree that Luxury Endeavors may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your specific inquiry. This is a transactional consent tied to the request you submitted — it is not a subscription to a marketing newsletter.

Transactional emails (confirming your request, following up on a quote, coordinating scheduling) are sent as part of fulfilling your request and are not optional while your request is active.

• PayLink, our payment-processing partner, for protection-plan or service purchases that involve payment collection.
• Service, customization, and installation providers, for concierge service requests.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
